I have used this CD player for less than a month. It is broken already. Since I threw out all the packaging, I can't return it.

Bought this for my boys to listen to. It was broken in less than a week, and that is with adults using it, not kids. Very disappointing. I don't know if I can return it now. So far, all of our Memorex products have been of the same quality--JUNK! I will not buy this brand again.

purchased 5 of these to use in my classroom of high school students to listen to audiobooks. These students are generally careful with electronics, but we had constant issues. Tried switching out headphones, batteries, whatever we could think of...very frustrating as they are now nothing but hockey pucks. Don't buy this item if you want to use it more than a couple of times...
